This is a WOOD project. Although we select the wood and prep it with care, your project will have random cracks, chips, knots, and other NATURAL blemishes that give your piece unique characteristics.
CUSTOM GUIDELINES --- Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can *generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a completely new design are considered custom and must be submitted via email (hammerandstainphx@gmail.com) at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee will apply.
Once your order is submitted, we immediately begin producing your personalized stencil. Unfortunately, due to customizations, there are no refunds for workshops. Please email us at hammerandstainphx@gmail.com if you wish to cancel (however, we certainly hope you don't.) But, if something comes up, we will pack up your project to complete at home and will hold your project for 60 days. If you are a no-show for the workshop, you forfeit your payment. **By registering for this workshop, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
