Ready to book a private party?

In order to secure a date/time for your private event, you MUST submit the $50 deposit. Please coordinate a date/time with us via email (hammerandstainphx@gmail.com) BEFORE submitting your deposit or a reservation CANNOT be guaranteed. 

As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for all guests to register depends on your chosen projects but usually three days prior. 


If you cancel or reschedule your party for any reason your deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to reschedule your party at any time for any reason, you will forfeit the first deposit and have to submit a new one for the new date.

All deposits are eligible to count towards your party, OR a full refund after your event! To get your full deposit back, your party must have purchases totaling at least $350 {including yourself} and attend your event. The deposit will be issued as a credit to use towards the event once you’re $50 or less away from the minimum. If you do not reach at least $350 total {including yourself} registered by the deadline, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

*Once your deposit has been paid, you will email us UP TO 3 project choices and we will set up your exclusive registration link.

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 3 hours on the date and time you have reserved. All guests that plan to attend must register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone signs up.

Once someone has registered and picked their design absolutely no changes can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this.

Once your order is submitted, we immediately begin producing your personalized stencil. Unfortunately, due to customizations, there are no refunds for workshops. Please email us at hammerandstainphx@gmail.com if you wish to cancel (however, we certainly hope you don't.) But, if something comes up, we will pack up your project to complete at home and will hold your project for 60 days. If you are a no-show for the workshop, you forfeit your payment. **By registering for this workshop, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
