Ready to book a birthday party?
In order to secure a date/time for your private event, you MUST submit the $100 deposit. Please coordinate a date/time with us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) BEFORE submitting your deposit or a reservation CANNOT be guaranteed.
If you cancel or reschedule your party for any reason your deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to reschedule your party at any time for any reason, you will forfeit the first deposit and have to submit a new one for the new date.
All deposits are eligible to count towards your party! To get your full deposit back, your party must have the 10 children sign-ups. The deposit will be issued as a credit to use towards the event once the allotted amount of sign-ups have occurred. If you do not meet the minimum, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Once someone has registered and picked their design absolutely no changes can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this.
